The St. Augustine Young Adult Association invites young adults to step away from the noise and busyness of daily life for a one-day Lenten Retreat rooted in prayer, reflection, and hope. Centered on the theme “Holding On To Christ, Our Hope in the Valley,” this day is an invitation to slow down, listen, and reconnect with Christ during the Lenten season.
The retreat will take place Saturday, February 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Saint John Paul II Shrine in Washington, DC. Our spiritual journey will be facilitated by Fr. Robert Boxie, as he delves into Jesus, The Light of the World, and Mary, the Mother of Hope.
Together, we will spend time in guided reflection, prayer, and quiet conversation in community and fellowship. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. The cost to attend is $35, with Partial and Full Scholarships available.
