Based on the Church’s mission of discipleship and evangelization, we periodically have in-person events throughout the year, such as Dinner & Dialogue and Coffee & Community, where we come together over a meal and share our personal testimonies, struggles, gaps in our faith, wins in our faith, and how the Bible, Mass readings and the Gospel apply to our lived experiences.

Members of SAYYA, typically 20 somethings through 40 somethings, are eager to welcome college and graduate students, those who may be in the DMV temporarily, or those who generally want to meet other young adults at St. Augustine. 
Our ministry provides a safe space centered on authentic fellowship, allowing young adults to connect with peers who share similar values and life experiences and fosters lasting friendships within the parish.
