These include pre-marriage preparation programs for engaged couples, marriage enrichment opportunities like workshops, retreats, small groups, and mentoring, all grounded in fostering strong, faith-filled marriages.

Marriage preparation at St. Augustine includes a series of meetings with Father Pat as well as participation in the marriage preparation course hosted by the Pre-Marriage Ministry. Newly engaged couples should contact Ms. Judon in the parish office at least six months before their planned wedding to arrange pre-marriage meetings with Father Pat. Couples should also contact the Pre-Marriage Ministry at [email protected] to register for an upcoming Marriage Preparation course, offered 3 to 5 times per year.

We welcome couples to join us as course facilitators. The Pre-Marriage Ministry holds 3 to 5 preparation sessions each year. Each course requires approximately 10 hours of service. We seek new facilitators who can commit to at least two sessions per year. New facilitators begin by observing an upcoming session.
