  This form is designed for routine, small meetings where you just need a space for your leadership or planning team to collaborate.
  Use this form when you are not inviting the wider parish community. Examples: Ministry planning sessions, leadership or planning team meetings, quick brainstorming/strategy sessions.
  If your meeting goes beyond a basic internal strategy session, PLEASE USE THE EVENT PROPOSAL FORM.
